Supported Employment provides help for people who need extra support to work. It offers ongoing assistance so they can succeed in jobs in the community, alongside people without disabilities. The goal is to help them gain skills and independence at work.

Jobs and Day Training

Jobs and Day Training get people ready for work by teaching skills like self-care, social skills, following directions, and staying safe. The focus is on learning general skills, not specific job tasks. These services are part of the person’s Individual Service Plan (ISP).

Day Habilitation

Day Habilitation helps people do activities that are important to them. It teaches skills like self-care, socializing, and decision-making to help them live more independently. These activities happen in different places outside the home.
