Pre-Employment Services
Hi, I’m Ethan! Pre-Employment Services help students with disabilities get ready for work after high school. These services teach important skills like how to explore careers, find a job, and learn about the workplace. Students can also get help with learning to travel to work, practicing social skills, and building confidence. These programs are designed to make the move from school to work easier for everyone.

Practical Assessment Exploration System (PAES) Labs
PAES Labs help students with disabilities learn hands on about different jobs and see what they’re good at. In the lab, students act like they are at a real job. They clock in and out, follow work rules, and try different tasks in areas like computers, construction, cooking and customer service.
Students learn what jobs they like and what they need help with. PAES also tracks important work skills like following directions, being safe, and getting along with others. The lab helps students get ready for real jobs in the future.
